A Desindo Tour representative (male or female) will meet you at the pier/airport. Our representatives wear distinctive uniforms - for the men or women, bright green shirts with shoulder bands and a Desindo Tour logo underneath.

Our representatives will also display a prominent sign bearing your name or our company's logo. The representative will collect vouchers for our services and arrangements and will hand you your itinerary along with other documents and tour brochures. You will also be given brief general information verbally, and be shown to your transport for your hotel. Our representative will also reconfirm your onward vessel/flights and assist you with any other problems such as loss of luggage, sickness, accident, etc., as well as on-the-spot changes.
