Entering Indonesia Requires All Travellers to Use “All Indonesia” App Starting 1 September 2025
The Government of Indonesia has officially implemented a new regulation for international arrivals. Through the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf) in coordination with the Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development, it has been announced that the use of the All Indonesia application is mandatory for all international passengers entering Indonesia.
This regulation will take effect from 1 September 2025 and must be complied with by all passengers, including foreign tourists.

What is All Indonesia?
All Indonesia is the government’s official digital application that integrates immigration, health, quarantine, and customs services into one electronic platform.
With this app, passengers can complete all arrival declaration forms before departing for Indonesia, helping reduce long queues at the airport.
How to Access the All Indonesia App:

Submission must be completed within 3 days prior to departure until the day of travel from the country of origin.
Purpose of the New Regulation:

To provide greater convenience for international visitors

To speed up the arrival process at Indonesian airports

To serve as an integrated system for international entry services
The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy has also called on ASITA (Association of Indonesian Travel Agents) to help disseminate this mandatory requirement to all international passengers.
